Competition terms and conditions

The Learn More. Stress Less. Win Your Share of $10,000 Cash Competition (“Competition”) is a skill-based promotional competition conducted by Olympus Insights Pty Ltd (“Olympus Insights”).
The purpose of this Competition is to celebrate the Australian launch of OLi AI Tutor and showcase the educational goals, aspirations and learning journeys of Australian learners and families.
This is a judged competition. Winners are selected based on the quality of their submitted entry and are not selected by random draw.
By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Competition opens:
12:00 am AWST on 1 July 2026
Competition closes:
11:59 pm AWST on 30 September 2026
Entries submitted outside the Competition Period may not be accepted.
Entry is open to Australian residents only.
Entrants must:
Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of Olympus Insights Pty Ltd are not eligible to win prizes.
Olympus Insights reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
To enter the Competition, participants must:
Entry is limited to one submission per active subscription unless otherwise approved by Olympus Insights.
Incomplete, illegible, misleading or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.
Entries will be assessed by a judging panel appointed by Olympus Insights.
Entries will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
The judging panel’s decision is final.
No correspondence or discussion regarding judging decisions will be entered into.
Total promotional prize and rewards pool:
AUD $10,000
Olympus Insights may award additional success story rewards of AUD $100 each, up to a total value of AUD $500, in accordance with Section 9.
Prizes will be awarded by electronic funds transfer or another method determined by Olympus Insights.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative goods, services or cash equivalents beyond the stated prize value.
Monthly prize winners will be selected from eligible entries received during the applicable month and judged according to the criteria outlined in Section 5.
Major prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

Olympus Insights reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner before awarding a prize.
Winners will be notified using the contact details associated with their OLi AI Tutor account.
If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, Olympus Insights reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Olympus Insights may publish winner names on its website, social media channels, promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
Throughout the Competition Period, Olympus Insights may award additional AUD $100 rewards to selected users who voluntarily submit:
These rewards are discretionary and are separate from the major and monthly Competition prizes.
Submission of content does not guarantee selection or payment.
By entering the Competition, entrants grant Olympus Insights Pty Ltd a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, display and use submitted entries for:
Where additional content such as videos, photographs or testimonials are submitted, entrants acknowledge that such content may also be used by Olympus Insights for promotional purposes.
Entrants retain ownership of their original content.
Olympus Insights reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Any prize awarded as a result of fraudulent conduct may be revoked.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olympus Insights shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.
Personal information collected during the Competition will be handled in accordance with the OLi AI Tutor Privacy Policy.

By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information for the administration of the Competition.
Olympus Insights reserves the right to:
where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or where required to protect the integrity of the Competition.
Any changes will be published on the Olympus Insights website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
