Terms and conditions

The OLi Referral Rewards Program (“Program”) is operated by Olympus Insights Pty Ltd (“Olympus Insights”, “OLi”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
The Program is designed to reward existing OLi AI Tutor subscribers who introduce new learners, families, educators and professionals to OLi AI Tutor.
Participation in the Program is voluntary.
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The initial Program Period commences on:
1 July 2026
The initial Program Period concludes on:
30 September 2026
Olympus Insights reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or discontinue the Program at any time.
To participate in the Program, you must:
Employees, directors, contractors, advisors and immediate family members of Olympus Insights may participate but may be excluded from receiving rewards at the sole discretion of Olympus Insights.
Participants may be provided with a unique referral link, referral code or another referral mechanism determined by Olympus Insights.
A referral will only be considered valid when:
Only valid referrals will be counted towards Program rewards.
Olympus Insights reserves the right to verify all referrals before awarding rewards.
For each month during the Program Period, the following rewards will be awarded:
Rewards are based on the number of valid referrals achieved during each calendar month.
Referral totals reset at the beginning of each new calendar month.
Monthly winners will be determined using referral data maintained by Olympus Insights.
The participant with the highest number of valid referrals during the applicable month will be awarded first place.
The participant with the second-highest number of valid referrals during the applicable month will be awarded second place.
The participant with the third-highest number of valid referrals during the applicable month will be awarded third place.
Where a tie occurs, Olympus Insights may determine the winner using:
The decision of Olympus Insights is final.
Because referrals must remain active subscribers for thirty (30) consecutive days to qualify, referrals generated during September 2026 may not be verified until October 2026.
Accordingly, September reward winners may be finalised and announced after the conclusion of the Program Period once all referral qualification requirements have been assessed.
Olympus Insights reserves the right to delay September reward payments until referral verification has been completed.

Rewards will generally be paid within thirty (30) days following verification.
Olympus Insights may pay rewards by:
Participants are solely responsible for any taxation obligations arising from rewards received.
Olympus Insights may publicly recognise Program winners through:
Participants may request that their full name not be published.
Olympus Insights may instead publish first names, initials, usernames or general location information.
Information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with the OLi AI Tutor Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olympus Insights shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.
Olympus Insights reserves the right to:
Any material changes will be published on the Olympus Insights website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
