Welcome to OLi AI Tutor.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OLi AI Tutor and related services provided by Olympus Insights Pty Ltd (“Olympus Insights”, “OLi”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing or using OLi AI Tutor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

OLi AI Tutor is an artificial intelligence-powered educational platform designed to provide personalised learning support.

Users under 18 years of age may use OLi AI Tutor with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising the use of OLi AI Tutor by minors.

Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase.
Olympus Insights reserves the right to modify pricing, plans and features at any time. Where practical, existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice of material pricing changes before their next renewal.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Olympus Insights and its payment providers to process recurring payments using your selected payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in the suspension or cancellation of your access to OLi AI Tutor.

Olympus Insights does not accept responsibility for information voluntarily shared by users through upload, file-sharing or screen-sharing features.
You must ensure that you have the legal right to upload, share or submit any content provided to OLi AI Tutor.
You must not use OLi AI Tutor to:
Olympus Insights reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
OLi AI Tutor, Olympus Insights, Olympus Academy, associated software, branding, educational content, graphics, logos, designs and intellectual property remain the property of Olympus Insights Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

We aim to provide reliable access to OLi AI Tutor. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability.
